How do I continue a course where I left off? |
|

Our system 'remembers' where you have left off and will direct you to the proper place in the course. All you have to do is click on the Login on the navigation bar. To access the course, you will be prompted to enter your User ID Code which was sent to you in an email. |

There is an error message, what should I do? |

If you are getting an error message, please try logging out and back on. Your progress will NOT be lost. However, you may need to take the quiz or final exam over if the error occurs before it was graded. If the problem persists, please make note of the specific error message and where it occurs, and contact our technical support at (800) 363-8151. |
