Our course is designed so that all of the answers can be found in the lessons - furthermore, it's "open book" style exams so you'd have access to the lessons during the exams. How long does it take to complete your course and do I have to do it all at once? |

Our course follows the curriculum of the standard 8-hour course outline per DMV. However, most of our students finished the course in a much shorter time. It's all depends on your own pace through the course. Some people like to get it over in one session, others like to spread it out to accommodate their busy schedule. It's entirely up to the students on how fast and whether you want to complete the course in many sessions or a single session. |

How do I continue a course where I left off? |
|

Our system 'remembers' where you have left off and will direct you to the proper place in the course. All you have to do is click on the Login on the navigation bar. To access the course, you will be prompted to enter your User ID Code which was sent to you in an email. |

Do I have to complete the course in one seating? |
|

No, you can log on and off the course at anytime. You will pickup where you left off the next time you log in. |

How do I get my certificate? |

If your court requires your signature on the certificate then it will be sent to you via First Class mail unless you've requested the Overnight Service. You need to sign the certificate and return it to the court. |

You'd need to answer all 12 questions correctly prior to moving to the next lesson. To access the final exam, you'd need to pass all 6 quizzes. |

How do I know if you have received my payment? |
|
| |
The second your payment has been received your account will say Paid in Full. You can see the status by clicking on Payment on the toolbar when you are logged on to the course. The other way to know if we have received your payment is if you log on and the program does not ask you if you would like to pay now or later.
All payments emailed, faxed, or mailed will not say Paid in Full until our customer service department has actually received the funds. Once received, your payment status will be updated immediately. |

How do I know where my certificate will be sent? |
|
| |
When you register, you will be provided with all the specifics on how the course works for where you received the citation. Included in this information is information "About your certificate". Your certificate will be sent to you if your court requires your signature or it will be sent to the court directly if that is how we have been instructed. Some courts have us fax or email the certificates to the court. Other courts have appointed a third party to handle all Internet certificates. |

How do I log in to the course? |

To log in to the course you simply need your login name. Example: Tyler133456. Just look for any button that says "Re-Enter". To begin the course for the first time, click on any button that says "Register". |

How do I log out of the course? |
|
| |
You can log out of the course by clicking on the "log out" button at the top of the screen at any time. Your progress through the course is saved every time you pass a quiz or the final; consequently, even if something happens to your Internet connection or your browser gets closed, you will not lose your progress and will be able to log back in at any time. Please note that for some courses your time logged into the course is important. Always try to use the log out button for proper time credit in each section. |

How, when, and where do I pay? |

You may start the course and try it out without paying up front! The system will prompt you for payment prior to allow access to the final exam. You may also pay by clicking on "payment" when you are logged on.
If you choose to Pay Now you will see all of the payment methods available to you. You may pay with a credit card online, over the phone, personal check by phone, or you may send us a cashier's check or money order by mail. If you decide to mail a payment it is a good idea to mail it early on so that there are no delays in when you can access the remaining sections of your course. |

If your court is not on the list, please make sure that you are looking at the right court name and its corresponding address. Many courts will go by the name of the street they are located on and/or the city they are located in. Please also make sure that you are looking under the correct State/County for your court. |

Will my course or login name expire? |
|

You will be able to log on and continue an unfinished course for long after the due date that you entered when you registered. We leave it up to you to make sure you complete the course with enough time for us to process and send out your certificate of completion. Remember that the earlier you complete the course, the easier it will be to turn it in on time. We do hold the right to cancel a course if you have waited so long that the course no longer reflects the current traffic laws of your state. |
